Microsoft 365-funktioner, der hjælper brugere med at administrere deres abonnementer, kontoindstillinger og faktureringsoplysninger.
Hello Trine. If the Microsoft 365 Family administrator account has been compromised, you can still do something about it as you and other family members still have access. First let’s help your husband be able to recover his account. Go to Microsoft's account recovery guide and he should do his best to use a familiar device and location and fill out the form with as much accurate information as possible. If these steps are unsuccessful, he may need to create a new Microsoft account.
Unfortunately, Microsoft 365 Family subscriptions do not allow directly switching administrator rights to another user. The person who purchased the subscription remains the subscriber. However, your husband can give you access to shared capability such as OneDrive, Office apps, and parental controls settings from your account. If your husband is unable to recover the account, you may need to cancel the subscription and create a new subscription with your name if you want full control again.
