OneNote: Suddenly a complete NOTEBOOK appear empty.

Urgent problem with OneNote, on my computer (macbook):

Suddenly one complete Notebook appear empty !

The Notebook is "greyed out", and when i klik on it, I get the following message: "There are no sections here".

OneNote has also, by itself, auto-created a new Notebook named "Incorrectly placed sections". In this auto-created Notebook there is presented a single Section - that Section used to be in the Notebook that is now "greyed out" and appear empty.

I have had this Notebook for several years, and it is full a things that are very valuable to me. Please help.

I have tried this only: I have restarted my computer. And I have Closed down OneNote, and reopened it. This changed nothing.

That Notebook is still available on my Phone - with all Sections and Pages present there.

It is only on the computer that this one Notebook is "greyed out" and appear empty.

    Now I agin start getting the error-message for all notebooks:

    "You cannot edit this Notebook, because it does not synchronize. Update the Notebook, to continue synchronization"

    Then I press "Update now" ... And it say "Wait" ... Half an hour later, nothing has happened. It still say "Wait"

    If I close the notebooks down (which deletes them locally), and then re-download them - they seem to function fine again.

    Now it is the second time I have to close all notbooks (which deletes them locally), and re-download them all again - one by one.

    What is going on ?

    AND OneNote has now created a Notebook calle "Wrong placed sections".

    I think this has happended (was created) because I had added two Pages, while there were issues with syncronisations.

    If I'm right, it should ofcourse inform something different, maybe "Two Pages added while synchronisation not functioning"

    Anyway: There are two sections (coming from two different Notebooks).

    It looks like these two sections are ALSO STILL present in the two Notebooks they came from.

    So it looks like the "Wrong placed sections" are DUBLETs ... correct ??

    The only option OneNote is giving me, is: "Delete Section".

    If it is dublets, I feel safe to go ahead and delete these two sections.
