    Dear @Rene Lopez,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum. I am happy to assist you.

There are several configuration parameters that may affect the visibility of the “Add online meeting to all meetings” option in Outlook’s calendar settings. For more information, you may refer to the official documentation: Set-MailboxCalendarConfiguration

    User's image

To begin, please run the following Exchange Online cmdlet to review the mailbox configuration:

    Get-MailboxCalendarConfiguration -Identity <userID> | Format-List

Running Exchange Online PowerShell cmdlets requires Global Administrator (or equivalent) permissions. If you do not have these permissions, please contact your IT administrator to perform the checks.

    In addition, please ensure that:

    • The account you are using has an active Microsoft Teams license assigned.
    • The online meeting option has not been disabled at the organization level.
For more information please visit: Make every meeting online

To help isolate the issue further, kindly try the following:

    • Test on Outlook Web (OWA) to see if the option appears there.
    • Sign in using another account on the same device to confirm whether the issue is user‑specific or device‑specific.

In a previous case, the issue was resolved by populating the DefaultOnlineMeetingProvider value, which was blank. If applicable, an administrator can set it using:

    Set-MailboxCalendarConfiguration -Identity ******@domain.com -DefaultOnlineMeetingProvider TeamsForBusiness

Here is the discussion: Missing checkbox "Add online meeting to all meetings" in outlook web app with 365 Business account

Please try these steps and let me know if you need additional assistance. I am here to help. Thank you very much for your understanding and your cooperation.

The issue you're experiencing with the "Add online meeting to all meetings" option being greyed out in the New Outlook for Windows could be related to the settings configured by your organization or the version of Outlook you are using. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this:

    1. Check Admin Settings: Ensure that your organization allows scheduling Teams meetings from Outlook. If this setting is turned off by your administrator, the option will be unavailable.
    2. Restart Applications: Close both Outlook and Teams, then restart them to see if the option becomes available.
    3. Update Outlook: Make sure that you are using the latest version of Outlook. Sometimes, updates can resolve issues related to features being greyed out.
    4. Check for Conflicts: If you have any third-party add-ins or older versions of Outlook, they might conflict with the Teams add-in. Ensure that you are using the Click-to-Run version of Office, as the Teams Meeting add-in is not supported with installations from the Microsoft Store.

If the problem persists, you may need to contact your IT department for further assistance.
