An Azure communication platform for deploying applications across devices and platforms.
Hi @Chloe Rodriguez-Mandujano ,
I'm glad that you were able to resolve your issue and thank you for posting your solution so that others experiencing the same thing can easily reference this! Since the Microsoft Q&A community has a policy that "The question author cannot accept their own answer. They can only accept answers by others ", I'll repost your solution in case you'd like to accept the answer.
Issue Summary & Resolution:
- The issue involved a specific email address being suppressed by Azure Communication Services.
- Chloe checked the suppression list, but the email did not appear there.
- It was confirmed that the email was no longer suppressed and is now receiving emails again.
For future reference:
- Suppression can occur due to soft/hard bounces or spam complaints.
- You can check and manage suppression lists using the Azure Communication Services Management SDK.
- Permanent blocks (due to spam complaints) typically require Microsoft support intervention.
