Font size of file and document names that appear next to the file and document icons

My eyesight is not good. When I open one of my files in Microsoft Word and look at my various documents inside the file, the font size of the file name that appears either directly below or next to the file icon is very small. Is there a way to increase the font size of the file names and the document names? I know that I can increase the icon size but doing this does not also increase the font size.

Hello

I am trying to make sense the location you are referring to?

Are you talking about in Word, you go to File tab, and then on this page, where you have list of files from "Recent", "Favorites", and "shared with me"?

If so, the font size of this list is managed by your Windows interface actually.

Assuming you are on Windows 11, go to Settings > Accessibility > Text Size, use the slider to adjust the size, then click on Apply. That should also change the font size in Word > File tab.
