I am unable to deploy any model in Azure AI Foundry. I get error 715-123420 on all models in all regions. I recently upgraded from free trial to Pay-As-You-Go. Subscription ID: a371bbf8-749b-4e97-963e-0df35bbbd304. Please review and unblock my subscription from the RTFP system.

Hi ahmed ,

Thank you for the confirmation in the private chat, glad to hear the deployment is working now.

Just to share some additional context for future reference:

When this type of error appears, such as Error Code 715-123420 or 555420, it generally indicates that Azure AI Foundry has temporarily blocked the model deployment due to a detected fraud or unusual activity signal. In such cases, the request typically requires internal validation or review by the relevant service team.

If it happens again, usually retrying after some time works, as you have observed.

Thanks again for confirming the resolution, and feel free to reach out if you need any further help.

    Hello Ahmed !

Thank you for posting on MS Learn Q&A.

There is an issue with your subscription and not a specific model, quota, or region problem.

Since this started after moving from Free Trial to Pay-As-You-Go, you need to reach out to support and they will check the subscription backend status, including any risk/fraud/RTFP-style block or provisioning restriction.
