Trying to download Office 2024

I have a key for Office 2024 for Mac. I am trying to download the apps but support keeps taking me to Microsoft 365 support and information. I do not want Microsoft 365. How can I download Office 2024 for Mac and activate the product key?

If you haven't redeemed your product key yet, open an InPrivate/incognito window in your browser and use the link below:

https://setup.office.com/redeem/enter-key

  • Select Get Started, then enter your 25-character product key.
  • Make sure you sign in with the Microsoft account you want this product to be associated with.
  • Once redeemed, you should see your license under your Microsoft account here - https://account.microsoft.com/services

To activate it on your device, remove all previous Office apps. (Finder > Applications > Move Office apps to Trash)

Then, download it from your Microsoft account and sign in to Office apps.
