Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

If you see unknown charges from “Microsoft” on your cell phone account statement, you can use the Microsoft troubleshooter to identify what the charge is for and why you were billed:

See,

How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft

Only direct Microsoft subscriptions, such as Microsoft 365, OneDrive, or Xbox, will appear on your Microsoft account order history page. However, if the charge is from third-party services that use keywords like “MS” or “Microsoft,” it will not appear in your Microsoft account.

Even if you contact Microsoft Accounts & Billing support directly, they will likely redirect you to your mobile carrier’s support, since the charge is processed through your carrier account. Your carrier should be able to see which service the payment is going to and provide more details about the subscription or charge.

To get in touch with Microsoft Accounts & Billing support:

Go to this page: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/contact

Type Talk to an agent then click Get Help.

At the bottom of the page click Contact Support. Sign in to your Microsoft account if needed. If you face the same issue with the affected account use a different account to contact Microsoft Support.

Select Other Products then Billing and Account Profile questions then Confirm.

Click Chat with a support agent in your web browser.
