I have used Microsoft Office for many yars and last October they charged me $50 for AI and co pilot which I didn't agree to.

I was promised a refund in October, but never received it. I was then promised a refund on 31 December, but so far it hasn't arrived in my account.

On my account it says $50 had been refunded.

Where do I go now.

If it is indicated that a refund has been provided and you have not received the refund, then you will need to contact Microsoft Support directly, this is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, try using this method to contact their support.

Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

Select Microsoft 365

Click 'Get Home Support'.

In the box provided, type billing.

Press Enter, then on the next page, scroll down and click 'Sign in to Contact Support'.

Navigate to Microsoft 365 and Office - Manage my Subscription.

Select the 'Chat with support agent in web browser' option

It sounds like you are experiencing issues with your refund for the Microsoft Office charge. Since your account indicates that the $50 has been refunded but you have not received it, here are some steps you can take:

  1. Check Your Bank Account: Sometimes, refunds can take several business days to process depending on your bank. Make sure to check your account thoroughly.
  2. Contact Microsoft Support: Since you have already been promised refunds on multiple occasions, it would be best to reach out to Microsoft Support directly. They can provide you with specific details regarding your refund status and help resolve any issues.
  3. Review Refund Policies: Familiarize yourself with the refund policies related to Microsoft products to understand your rights and the process involved. This can help you when discussing your case with support.
  4. Document Everything: Keep a record of all communications regarding your refund, including dates and promises made, as this information may be helpful when following up with support.

If you need further assistance, consider visiting the Microsoft support website or the relevant community forums for additional guidance.
