How to delete additional accounts from microsoft profile

So ive created my Microsoft log-in after getting this laptop with my personal email years ago, and added my school email afterwards. i want to delete off my school email because i graduated two years ago now, but when i go to the profile and click manage accounts, the next screen never pops up so i can get options on what to do. i desperately want to delete the account because its inactive ( essentially doesnt exist) and still somehow attached to all of my microsoft office apps.
