Need to update the legal name

I have applied the GH-300 copilot certification exam but i am unable to take the exam due to not match my name with government id so I want to change my legal name is Jyothsna arepally as per government id, for this i have posted query and after i got the link to update then updated the name , could you please let me know my legal name is updated or not and where we need to check? ..thanks

I checked your previous thread and saw that you followed Julian Sharp’s steps to update your legal name. 

To verify, you just need to go to your Microsoft Learn profile settings and scroll down to the Legal Name section.

You need to double check to make sure your name appears exactly as it does on your government-issued ID. 

However, you still want to be certain, you can submit an online support request via Credentials Support

    Thanks for the answers you provided, Yes, i have followed the all steps which you shared above and I have raised the request, and I got an email, In the email they are asking to update or include the details, so should I reply to the same email along with details? need confirmation on this, please help me do I reply to that email or not?
