MS office problem

I've read about this on other problems but when i go to the microsoft office setup website and I try to redeem my Office 2024 code it doesn't work and it gives me an error "service unavailable, please try again later"

Now I don't know what to do I've tried multiple times different accounts different search engines and nothing the only thing i could go to is probably support but I'm not sure they'd help me immediately by the way I bought it from an online retailer not from microsoft directly but even then I don't think it should affect it when its bought at the same price as an official one.

Alex,

The Office Home LTSC 2024 edition is available only through volume licensing for large organizations. These licenses are often resold illegally by third-party vendors. I recommend contacting the seller directly to request a refund.

If you want to use the Office apps for personal purposes, as Stefan mentioned, you will need to buy the consumer version of Office, such as Home 2024, or subscribe to Office 365.

The specific product name is important here, as Gunasekar has already pointed out.

For Office 2024, the only consumer versions are Office Home 2024 (does not include classic Outlook) and Office Home & Business 2024 (does include classic Outlook).

The other versions, sometimes sold as if they were consumer (home use) products, are really intended for (large) organizations, such as businesses, under volume licensing. If you got one of those, request your money back from the seller or a replacement product.

    Could you please tell me the edition of Microsoft Office 2024 that you purchased from a third-party retailer? (e.g., Office Home 2024, Office LTSC 2024, MICROSOFT Office Professional Plus 2024, etc.)

    Also, could you check if the license is already associated with your Microsoft account online?
