Since the headphones work with other devices but not with your Windows 11 PC, the issue may be related to the Bluetooth driver, audio services or the pairing configuration on the computer.
I recommend first removing the headphones from Settings > Bluetooth & devices, restarting the PC and then pairing them again. If the issue persists, try restarting the Bluetooth Support Service through services.msc and check Device Manager for any Bluetooth driver updates from your PC manufacturer's website.
You can also run the Bluetooth troubleshooter by going to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > Bluetooth.
To better understand what's happening, could you let me know the make and model of the headphones and your PC? If possible, please also share your Windows version by pressing Win + R, typing winver and posting a screenshot of the result.
