Urgent - Request to update Microsoft account display name for Pearson VUE exam registration (nickname removal)

Dear Microsoft Support,

My Microsoft account name includes a nickname that was passed to Pearson VUE when I registered for the AZ-500 (AZ-400 as well) exam. Pearson VUE requires the my ID card name to exactly match my official ID (which has no nickname) and cannot change it on their side.

Critical points:

Exam will be scheduled on 25th Aug 2026 at 21:45 JST (Asia/Tokyo).
Exam is going to expires 31 Aug 2026, I cannot reschedule the exam anymore.
Please remove the nickname from my account name and push the update to Pearson VUE before the exam starts.
At the same time, I have updated my last name and first name in Microsoft Ignite, Personal info, username and URL.
Can a registered exam name still be updated? If not, how can I identify myself for the final attempt of the exam?
I can provide my last name and first name, exam information again if needed.

Additional information:

I already tried to update the legal name (last name + remove nickname), but received the message: “Your legal name change request will require further review. Please contact Credential Support to modify your legal name.”
Approval is still pending. Due to very limited exam time slots, I had no choice but to register/schedule the exam using the previous name (with nickname). Hopefully you can assist me for this urgent request.
