Microsoft Gift Card redemption failed - Cannot use Bing App

Hi Microsoft Support,

I am trying to redeem a Microsoft Gift Card with my rewards points. However, the system forces me to use the Bing App.

I only have this personal computer and I do not own any smartphone or mobile device to install the Bing App. Furthermore, the alternative phone text verification option says "currently unavailable" in my region, so I am completely stuck at the verification screen with no other way to complete it.

Since I cannot use the mobile app, could you please manually process this redemption from your backend and deposit the gift card credit directly into my Hanson Microsoft account?
