I just applied for Microsoft Foundry and registered for the gpt-5.5 model. After using it for an hour or two, I encountered the following error. I am not sure how to resolve it.

My usage is limited to programming only, and I am not doing anything else. Can it be unlocked? I cannot find any channels to unlock it!
