Hello JOSEPH WONG
I can see that you are having issue with OneDrive when uploading photo
If the photos appear in Pending upload but never begin transferring, the issue is usually related to the upload connection, available OneDrive storage, the import source, or the OneDrive app itself needing a refresh.
Here is what you can do:
- Check available OneDrive storage in the app first, because uploads may not start if the account is out of space.
- Make sure the phone has a stable Internet connection. On Android, some OneDrive upload features may only work on Wi‑Fi depending on the device or mobile data settings.
- Confirm whether the source is Google Drive or Google Photos. Importing files from Google Drive is supported, but Google Photos imports now need to be done through OneDrive in a web browser instead of the mobile app.
- If you used OneDrive’s cloud import feature, check whether the Files - Imports folder still exists. If it is missing, disconnect the import account and connect it again so the folder can be recreated.
- Update both Android and the OneDrive app to the latest version available from Google Play.
- If the issue continues, clear the OneDrive app cache/data and reinstall the app from Google Play.

I hope this helps get the upload moving again, feel free reply back to this post if you need further assistance. I'll be happy to help.
