I apologize for the confusion, on Edge for Android, apparently there is no Media Autoplay setting and extensions aren’t supported. Autoplay for Instagram is controlled by the Instagram app itself. The only available option is enabling Data Saver in Instagram’s settings, which reduces but does not fully disable autoplay.
