"We're having trouble getting your documents Please try again later." I need help to fix this, can someone help me?

I have a problem with my account in Microsoft Forms I need help for this, if someone has an idea how to fix this please help me, here's the story....

I was only duplicating my 1 forms to get a shuffle forms for it but suddenly it become like this:
