你好,我一向會用手機及電腦登入我的hotmail.但近一星期我試過用2台手機都不能成功登入我的帳號.

後核我用了我的電腦是正常登錄.

因此我試了更改一次密碼.在使用新密碼後,電腦是能登錄,但用手機配以新密碼都說我密碼不正確,多次登入無效. 請問要如何解決手機登入問題?

Hi,

Is this your first time logging in to your phone using your Microsoft account?

Try going to incognito mode and log in from there. If the issue persists, try signing in using “Other ways to sign in” instead of entering your password. From there, choose to receive a code through your linked verification methods.

i have try going to incognito mode and log in from there. but still the same.

if i dont use the password to sign in. there is only the other way by using authenticator,but i dont have any authenticator app in my phone now.

Am i need to download an authenticator app to solve this problem?

Thanks for your reply. Do you still have access to your second factor of authentication? If yes, try downloading the app and then relinking it.

If that doesn’t work, I suggest waiting more than 24 hours without making any sign-in attempts so the block caused by repeated sign in attempts will expire and allow you to sign in afterward.

i just down load the Authentication and i find this authentication still need to login.

therefore i cannat not use this authentication to access.

ok then i should wait for 24 hours and Try going to incognito mode and log in from there right? ~

HI, I have wait since 11/18 and i try to use my phone to login just now 26/11.

it still not ok by use same method and get the same result. i try going to incognito mode and log in from there and i input the Password and it said i have try a few time. but i just input the password 1st time today.
