您好，我現在個人登錄出現問題。 因為密碼忘記需要兩次的驗證， <removed PII>@gmail.com
可以收到驗證碼。 但我之前登錄的手機號碼<removed PII>2566. 要輸入末四碼時， 2566， 出現無法使用這種驗證方式。 要使用取得驗證碼，但我之前沒有設定。 所以我遲遲無法登錄，也無法更改密碼
這個email是我學校的公用帳戶
