Microsoft 檔案裝載和同步處理服務。
Hi Jimmy,
Thanks for sharing what’s been happening I can imagine how annoying it must be to lose your recent file shortcuts in Word and Excel, but I totally get how inconvenient it is to keep navigating to them manually.
From what you’ve described, it sounds like the issue is tied to how Office apps sync your recent file history across devices using your Microsoft account. If one device has outdated or corrupted sync data, it can cause the recent list to clear itself starting with the oldest and eventually wiping everything, even files you just opened.
There are also a few other things that might be contributing:
OneDrive’s Files On-Demand feature can sometimes interfere with how Office tracks file access.
Storage Sense or cleanup tools in Windows might be clearing cached data.
A corrupted Office cache or registry entry could be resetting the list.
Here are a few things you can try to help stabilize it:
Pin important files in Word/Excel so they stay in the list.
Check your Office settings to make sure the recent list isn’t set to zero.
Clear the Office cache manually.
Turn off “Always keep on this device” in OneDrive folders to reduce sync conflicts.
Disable Storage Sense in Windows.
Run a quick repair on Office from your installed apps.
If you’re using multiple devices, try signing out of Office on the others temporarily to see if that helps. Sometimes one device can be the culprit behind the sync issue.
Let me know how it goes. Happy to help however I can!
