Hello,

My account was originally registered with the email ******@gmail.com, but I am now unable to log in — it says that the email address does not exist.

When I tried to reset my password, the verification code was sent to an unfamiliar email address that starts with lu and ends with @dentalmail.su. This is not an email I have ever used. After checking further, I found that the current email linked to my account is ******@dentalmail.su.

It appears that someone has not only changed my email address but also removed the phone number that was previously linked to my account. My original phone number was +886 0910 082 021.

This was done without my authorization. Please help me recover my account and secure it as soon as possible.

The only way to recover a hacked account is through the official Microsoft website:

If it doesn't work, and since the email address has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.

However, I would recommend reaching out to Microsoft Support immediately, as they can possibly suspend the account permanently once they have confirmed that the account can no longer be recovered in order to prevent the hacker from using the account:
