This could be an issue between the Simplified or Traditional version of the Chinese language as per this link https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/lan....
However, if that's not the case then I would recommend following the steps at this link https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/mic... to open the Feedback Hub so you can leave a comment there for the devs to look at and take care of.
