我onedrive的檔案全部變了唯讀！

我的Onedrive是學校帳號登入的，但所有檔案突然被設定為唯讀檔，在OneDrive桌面及OneDrive網頁端都顯示為唯讀。

打開OneDrive中所有的檔案時都會遇到這個問題！

Office空間未滿，已啟用Office，整個OneDrive無法修改或儲存檔案。

檔案屬性是設定為非唯讀，但仍不能修改！

Hi ALL,

近期我们收到了许多用户的反馈，均是教育版账号存在此问题。教育版账号是学校分配给在校学生使用的账号，由学校统一分发，通过网络购买他人转赠等方式获取的账号均属于非官方渠道获取的账号，请联系域名下的GA（Global Admin）在Microsoft365管理中心内开具工单来联系微软的支持团队，微软的支持团队会对您的域名和账号进行调查，如果您使用的是非官方渠道获取的账号，账号可能不会得到解封，感谢您的理解与合作。

Recently, we have received feedback from many users, all of which are education subscriptions with the same problem. The education account is an account allocated by the school to students in school. It is distributed uniformly by the school. The accounts obtained through online purchase and others' transfer are all accounts obtained through non official channels. Please contact GA (Global admin) under your tenant to open a support ticket in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center to contact Microsoft's support team. Microsoft's support team will investigate your tenant and account, If you use an account obtained through non official channels, the account may not be unblocked. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
