    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

    I’ve thoroughly reviewed the details you provided and conducted an investigation on our end. We would like to inform you that there is an ongoing service incident affecting multiple Outlook login on various platforms, including desktop, mobile, and web, which aligns with the behavior you’ve reported. 

    Our developer team is aware of this issue and is actively working on a resolution to roll out a fix as soon as possible. For further details, please review this incident report in the Service health menu in Microsoft 365 admin center. 

    Please note that our current test environment is set to English, so the screenshots provided will appear in English. However, you can search for more information about the Outlook issue I mentioned earlier on the web.
