Azure 服務,用來針對 Azure 資源大規模實作公司治理和標準。
Hello Tim,
Thank you for posting question on Microsoft Windows Forum!
Based on the issue description. Well! Since your bank confirms that it never received an authorization request, the problem may be occurring before Azure attempts to authorize the card. The error does not necessarily mean your card was declined. It could relate to card eligibility, billing information, or Azure's signup verification process. Please note: Azure Free Account signup requires a supported credit or non-prepaid debit card, and that a temporary verification hold of approximately US$1 may appear.
The following are suggested troubleshooting steps you can try to see if it works.
- Try to verify card eligibility by using a supported, non-prepaid physical credit or debit card. Prepaid and virtual cards may be rejected. Confirm that international online transactions are enabled with your bank.
- Check your billing details to make sure that the cardholder name, billing address, postal code, and country/region match the information registered with your bank. Select the country that matches your actual billing address.
- Try to use an updated version of Edge or Chrome, allow cookies (including third-party cookies during verification), and temporarily disable privacy extensions or ad blockers. Disconnect any VPN or proxy and try again.
- If you or your payment card have previously been associated with an Azure free account, eligibility verification may be relevant. Avoid repeatedly submitting the same details without changing anything.
