Issue with reCAPTCHA Display on Microsoft 365 Developer Program Registration

Dear Microsoft 365 Developer Program Support Team,

I am experiencing a persistent issue with the reCAPTCHA verification window during the registration process on the official Microsoft 365 Developer Program website (https://developer.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/dev-program).

The reCAPTCHA frame appears with incorrect proportions, making the images incomplete or difficult to recognize. This issue occurs across multiple environments:

• Windows 10 with Microsoft Edge (100% zoom, resolution 1680×1050)
  
• Windows 10 with Google Chrome (same settings)
  
• iPhone 15 Pro Max with Safari (default zoom, no adjustments)
  

In all cases, the CAPTCHA window does not render properly, preventing me from completing the registration.
