Did you buy this key from the official Microsoft website or from a third-party site?

You mentioned Office 365, but did you perhaps mean Office 2024? Or did you purchase a 365 license valid for a year or more?

Did you recently purchase a Microsoft 365 subscription, such as the Basic or Personal plan?

The ConversionBlockedSameDayUpgradeNotSupported error usually occurs because Microsoft does not allow a subscription upgrade or redemption on the same day.
