I am attempting to schedule the DP-900: Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals exam, but I am encountering an "Unexpected error" every time I click the "Schedule exam" button. I am being redirected to Pearson VUE, but the process fails immediately.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:

Cleared browser cache and cookies.

Tried using an Incognito/InPrivate window.

Used different browsers (Chrome and Edge).

Could you please investigate my certification profile and fix this synchronization issue?
