I'm an admin account, why can't the Winamp program install?

Hi, I opened the file properties and there's no option to unblock it. This program is from another computer, but there's still no unblock option. A friend told me I could use netplwiz to install the program, but it still doesn't work. Other people's computers can install this program.

In this case, go to Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Protection history and check if the program's executable is not blocked or quarantined.

Remember, this could be a malicious program, as it's coming from another computer. I recommend downloading older versions of Winamp from the official website.
