Please check if messages appear when you log in through the Teams web version at teams.microsoft.com. If they do, sign out of the desktop app, restart your PC, and sign back in to refresh your sync. Also, confirm your internet connection and that notifications are turned on under Settings. If messages still do not appear on the web version, contact your organization’s IT admin to check your Teams service status.
