Microsoft

Dear Microsoft's great management and R&D teams

Hello!

Seeing that your company has discontinued most of its mid-range and high-end mice is heartbreaking, and even more heartbreaking. For so long, my visually impaired family and friends have found their lives anew with the mice you developed. They've explored the vibrant world with your mice, and with their ergonomic grip, they've made long hours spent sitting in front of a computer, clicking and viewing, no longer out of reach!

As long as you have a mouse with four or more buttons from your company, coupled with Microsoft's customizable features, you can zoom in and out as you please. This is a real boon for our visually impaired! It's simple, convenient, and seamless.

(While the Window key + the "+" key also works, it's not as convenient as this feature.) My wife is also moderately visually impaired, and thanks to the fourth button on the Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 4000, the customizable zoom feature allows her to continue working in a regular company and perform office paperwork almost on par with people without disabilities. This is all thanks to the great Microsoft development of special-function mice.

This gives our visually impaired friends equal treatment with those without vision.

Your company has long been quietly caring for our visually impaired compatriots, creating high-quality products without publicizing them, not solely for profit. Founder Bill Gates is also a renowned philanthropist.

My wife's Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 4000 recently broke down, but she couldn't find a new model on the Microsoft website that could maintain this special function. I beg your company to continue its tireless efforts.

Releasing similar products would be a boon to the community.
