Is this a OneDrive Personal or OneDrive for Business account?

YES have Correlation ID Something went wrong We're sorry, sign-in isn't working right now. But we're on it! Please try again later. If this problem persists, contact your support team and include these technical details:
Is this a OneDrive Personal or OneDrive for Business account? should be business account
Have you tried any recovery steps, like using the Microsoft account recovery form or contacting support? yes i tried manymany time , can i have phone contact to hong kong CS hotline?

The error message you’re seeing, especially with a Correlation ID, usually points to a deeper issue on Microsoft’s backend often related to authentication or directory sync problems. That ID is like a tracking number that Microsoft engineers can use to pinpoint exactly what went wrong behind the scenes.

Since you’ve already tried the recovery form and other steps multiple times, the best way forward now is to escalate the issue through your Microsoft 365 admin portal or contact Microsoft support directly.

If you're the admin:

Go to admin.microsoft.com

Click Support > New service request

Include the Correlation ID, the exact time of the error, and a short description of what’s happening

If you’re not the admin, I recommend asking your IT team or whoever manages your Microsoft 365 subscription to raise the ticket for you.
