Question

A permanently deleted OneNote notebook still appears in my notebook list and cannot be removed.

匿名

I have closed my ontnote.

I have deleted my cache button.

I have logged out and logged back in.

I have deleted the notebook for a long time, more than a month ago.

But it still shows up in my onenote list.

I can't find the delete button.

Hi, I'm Diane and I'm happy to help you today.

It's showing up in the list of files on the OneDrive Home page?

Can you find it under My Files? If so, you can delete it from there.

That said, there are other reports that the links for deleted OneNote notebooks are still showing on the Home tab but nowhere else. I'll make the product team aware of this bug. (I have one of the orphaned links on my list too.)

Let me know how it goes, I'm here to help you further if needed.
