SharePoints List表格設定問題

小弟為SharePoint入門新手，小弟於list設計表單時，遇到問題想請求高手指點!
小弟想於表單中使用一個欄位將四個欄位顯示在同一欄中，並且稍加美化顯示
這四個欄位得類型分別為:
第一欄欄名稱:FormFactors 欄資訊類型:選擇(下拉式功能表)
第二欄欄名稱:CapacityTB 欄資訊類型:帶有公式的單行文字 (數字後面加TB
第三欄欄名稱:DiskInterface 欄資訊類型:選擇(下拉式功能表)
第四欄欄名稱:DiskRPM 欄資訊類型:選擇(下拉式功能表)

但卻無法正常顯示於LIST中，只有在編輯時在該欄位輸入1才看的到
請求各位高手協助!
