你好

大約本周開始要寄出信件給hotmail.com的信箱，但都無法寄送成功，會收到信件回覆失敗的說明如下:

因為權限或安全性問題，所以無法傳遞您的郵件。郵件可能遭到仲裁者拒絕，郵件地址可能只接受某些寄件者的電子郵件，或者有其他限制阻止傳遞郵件。

下列組織已拒絕您的郵件: hotmail-com.olc.protection.outlook.com。

請問這是什麼問題呢?

我是使用公司的信箱帳號寄出，也請同事測試過，只要是hotmail.com的信箱就無法成功寄出，也有詢問過使用hotmail的其他公司，他們都能正常收信，所以想確認一下，這是哪一個地方有問題可以排除的嗎?
