Hi Blueho
I'm AnnaThomas and I'd happily help you with your question. In this Forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself no one here is a Microsoft employee.
“In this article ( https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-teams/when-screen-sharing-people-see-black-screen/m-p/2241522 ), Tenny_Aus shows the solution to the problem can be solved by following these steps: “Believe is ISP related.
Change the QoS setting in Teams fixed the problems for us.
Your tenant admin needs to change this:
Teams Admin> Meetings > Meeting Settings > Network
Turn off -> Insert Quality of Service (QoS) markers for real-time media traffic
Also update Teams client to the latest version.
Log-out and log back in.
Restart your Teams app.
You may need to wait for the change to kick in.”
I hope this helps ;-), let me know if this is contrary to what you need, I would still be helpful to answer more of your questions.
Best Regards,
AnnaThomas
