不能開啟Intel SGX, 觀賞不到4K UHD blu-ray

我用的是 Microsoft Surface Laptop 2 (CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8250U CPU @ 1.60GHz   1.80 GHz), 我在Intel網站知道我該CPU是支援 SGX with ME. 我已經參考不同的討論區安裝/檢查了:

檢查:

Surface UEFI - 沒有相對應的SGX選項

Surface Info - 64 位元作業系統，x64 型處理器

WIndows version - 版本 Windows 10 家用版

		版本	20H2

		安裝於	‎2020/‎11/‎14

		OS 組建	19042.746

安裝:

Use SetupMe.exe to install full set of Intel Management Engine Component (ME)

Offline install base INF - "pnputil /add-driver sgx_base.inf /install" & "pnputil /add-driver sgx_psw.inf /install"
Install PSW software with below error log -

Intel® Software Guard Extensions Platform Software installation. Copyright (C) 2019, Intel Corporation. All rights reserved.

Intel® Software Guard Extensions Platform Software will be installed.

PreRequisites:

  Fatal: This platform is not Intel® SGX-compatible. Please check your Intel® SGX BIOS settings. Install will cancel.
  Fatal: The installed version of Windows is not supported by this installer. If you enable Intel® SGX on your system, Windows Update install Intel® SGX Platform Software automatically.
    Details: Installation will end because this operating system is not supported. Suggestion: Check Release Notes for a list of supported operating systems and install this product on a compliant system.
Intel® Software Guard Extensions Platform Software installation was failed.

    你好, 要使用4K UHD必須要啟動Intel SGX, 更新顯示驅動應該是降決不了的. 你可否幫忙查詢

    1. Surface bios (UEFI) 是不是沒有計劃去支援Intel SGX?
    2. Microsoft 會否在Windows 更新會中壢解決這問題?

    您好，嘗試查詢了下您說的SGX服務。他在Intel官網上說明：

    安裝 intel® Software Guard Extensions （Intel® SGX）平臺軟體版本2.5.101.3，以供 Intel®伺服器主機板 S1200SPO 和 Intel®伺服器系統 R1000SPO 搭配 Intel®處理器 E3 v6產品。如果 BIOS 中啟用了 SGX 安全性，就需要 Intel SGX 軟體。

    surface bios可能不支援sgx服務。
