Hi. When I tried to turn on my computer today. It turns to blue screen shows in the following. It has been 0% for half hour, and I phoned the customer services hotline and the staff said it should be having progress. Wt shd I do by the time? Should I force shut the computer down? THX Update: it has been 0% for 2 hours
