Having Office preinstalled does not always mean a full Office license is included.
Please open Word > File > Account and share the product name and exact activation error, or a screenshot with your email address hidden.
Also, did the seller's invoice specify an included Office edition, such as Office Home 2024?
If the seller promised a full Office license, ask them to confirm the included edition and provide its activation instructions before purchasing another license.
