Hardware workspace infinite redirect after Hardware Developer Program enrollment

I enrolled in Microsoft Hardware Developer Program successfully.
After clicking "Go to Dashboard", the page enters infinite redirect loop and I cannot access Hardware workspace. Manual creation of workspace also fails.

I have tried:
- InPrivate browser, clear cache & cookies, different browsers
- Attempt to raise support ticket inside Partner Center, but cannot finish form submission

This is a portal frontend/backend binding bug.
Please help check my tenant and restore or recreate the Hardware workspace.
I have attached screenshots showing the redirect loop.
I can provide tenant ID and admin email via private message when requested.
