Windows 11 25H2 更新安装失败，KB5124010 和 KB5126052 均报错 0x80070bc9

我的 Windows 11 25H2 最近无法正常安装 Windows Update 更新。

在“设置 → Windows 更新”中，目前以下更新安装失败：

• 2026-09 预览更新 (KB5124010) (26200.9550)
• 2026-09 .NET Framework 安全更新 (KB5126052)

两项更新均显示：

安装错误：0x80070bc9

Windows Defender Antivirus 安全智能更新可以正常检测到。

系统目前可以正常启动和使用，但 Windows Update 无法完成上述更新。重试安装后仍然出现相同错误。

想请教：

1. 0x80070bc9 通常代表什么问题？
2. 是否可能是 Windows Update 组件、CBS/组件存储或待处理重启状态异常？
3. 应该如何修复，同时尽量避免重装 Windows？
4. 是否可以通过 Microsoft Update Catalog 手动安装 KB5124010？
5. 如果需要提供日志，请问应该上传哪些日志，例如：
   • C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log
     • Windows Update 日志
       • DISM.log
