[Bug Report] False 'Missing License Key' error caused by network routing/bypass issues

When using Copilot / Microsoft Apps under networks with partial proxy/VPN bypass (e.g., campus networks or mixed routing setups), if certain authentication/CDN endpoints fail to connect, the application throws a completely misleading error stating "Missing License Key, contact administrator".

This is a false positive error handling bug. Instead of reporting a network timeout or connection error, the app misinterprets the broken socket as an unlicensed state. Please fix the frontend exception handling logic for network timeouts vs. license validation.
