Microsoft Entra ID - Invitations are blocked for this directory due to suspicious activity

Hello Microsoft Entra Team,

My Microsoft Entra ID tenant is blocked from inviting external users.

Error message:

"Invitations are blocked for this directory due to suspicious activity. Please contact Microsoft support for help."

This is a new development tenant and the invitations are for legitimate testing purposes.

Tenant domain:

xxxx.onmicrosoft.com

Tenant ID:

xxxx

Global Administrator account:

xxxx

Please help review and remove the invitation block.
