services.mscfrom the Run dialog. Then, configure the startup type of the following services:- Storage Service → Automatic (Delayed Start)
- Windows Defender Firewall → Automatic
- Windows Update → Manual
Start each of the above services manually.
If you get any errors when starting Windows Defender Firewall, perform the firewall fix posted in the link below:
