无法收到来自riotgame的验证类邮件，只能收到riot支持邮件

我无法收到来自 Riot Games 的邮件。此前一切正常，但不知何故，我现在收不到账户验证邮件了；目前我只能收到 Riot 客服关于工单（support tickets）的回复邮件。具体来说，我收不到来自 ******@mail.accounts.riotgames.com 这一域名的邮件。我已经检查过设置——既没有设置邮件规则或转发，也将该域名加入了白名单——但邮件依然无法送达。我联系了 Riot Games 客服，他们表示系统运行正常，且我的邮箱地址并未被屏蔽。

I am unable to receive emails from Riot Games. Everything used to work fine, but for some reason, I have stopped receiving account verification emails; currently, I only receive emails from Riot Support regarding support tickets. Specifically, I am not receiving emails from the domain ******@mail.accounts.riotgames.com. I have checked my settings—there are no email rules or forwarding set up, and I have whitelisted the domain—yet the emails still do not arrive. I contacted Riot Games Support, and they stated that their systems are functioning correctly and my email address has not been blocked.
