Hi Theron FARRELL,
I see you’re using English, so I’ll continue in English. If you’d prefer another language, just let me know.
I understand how frustrating this is, especially when your Surface Book is stuck in a startup loop and you can’t reach a support agent.
You can try contacting a live Surface support agent online instead:
- Go to Contact Microsoft Support and sign in with your personal Microsoft account.
- Enter Live Support, then select Get help.
- Scroll past the suggested solutions and select Contact support.
- Under Products and services, select Surface.
- Choose your Surface model, then select Confirm.
- Select an available support option, such as:
- Chat with a support agent in your web browser
- Provide your phone number and request a callback
- Submit a repair request
The options displayed can vary by product, issue, region and support hours.
For the startup problem, press and hold the power button for about 20 seconds, releasing it when the Surface restarts and the Windows logo appears. If it remains stuck, avoid repeatedly interrupting the startup process and explain to the support agent that the forced restart did not resolve the issue. The support team may also provide USB recovery and service options if the device still cannot start.
Kindly note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Contributors do not have access to call routing, service records or back-end support systems, so I cannot connect you directly to an agent from here. However, the online contact steps above should help you reach the available human-assisted Surface support options.
I hope you’re able to connect with a support agent and get your Surface Book working again soon.
Best regards.
