Hi David,

I checked my system settings and realized I might have previously set it to "Complete memory dump," which explains why there are only two files in the Minidump folder.

Since I don't have more mini-dumps right now, I went to the Event Viewer and took some screenshots of the system Errors and Warnings (include ID 1001,41,6008，20) . I hope these provide some clues (please see below).

I have now changed the setting back to "Small memory dump." If these screenshots aren't enough, I will have to wait for the next BSOD to occur and generate a new dump file for you to analyze.
