The banner you're referring to at the top of Google pages is a promotional banner. It isn't a pop-up extension and is built into Microsoft Edge, so unfortunately, there isn't currently an option in Edge to hide it. These banners are part of Edge's promotional campaign and may appear on some Google pages. The only way to remove it is to manually dismiss the banner by clicking the x button.
